It’s Food History Month at Process!

This month, the Journal of American History published a round table conversation on food history. The lead article, written by Matt Garcia, as well as responses from E. Melanie DuPuis, Madeline Y. Hsu, Mark Padoongpatt, Monica Perales, Jeffrey M. Pilcher, and again from Matt Garcia, are all freely available online

In honor of this excellent round table, we are designating this month Food History month on Process. To kick us off, Matt Garcia has bridged last month’s blog theme of elections and this month’s theme of food history with a piece on food and the 2016 election.
